In order to secure your gear, it is imperative that you completely fill out the quote request form. You will also have to agree to them before submitting the request form below. We are so busy during SXSW that we have to stick to these policies. Any cancellation of contracted gear after March 1st will result in a 20% cancellation fee. If we have not heard from you within 48 hours of us sending you the estimate, we will assume you are not interested in the gear and will cancel your order. Your gear is not reserved until you have signed and returned the estimate, completed the rental policy sheet and have signed and returned our credit card authorization form. Payment must be received from one source only…please arrange bill sharing amongst each other, we simply do not have the time to split the bill for you. No gear will be delivered where payment has not been received. All payments must be received by March 1st. We will only release the gear if the band representative is present.
